PhD in Neuroscience from UFRJ’s Graduate Program in Morphological Sciences, Julie Hellen Weingartner holds a degree in Biological Sciences with an emphasis on Systems Biophysics from the same institution. Since 2011, she has carried out research at Instituto D’Or de Pesquisa e Ensino (IDOR), focusing on Neuroimaging, Computational Neuroscience, Emotions, and Music. She uses the programming languages Matlab, Python, and R. She combines her scientific career with an artistic one, also being a singer, musician, actress, and composer, known as Julie Wein. A Fellow of the Pioneer Science initiative, which supports high-risk, high-impact projects in Brazil. Twice awarded at the Giulio Massarani Conference and graduated with Distinction.
