Psychologist, Permanent Faculty of the Graduate Program in Medical Sciences at Instituto D’Or de Pesquisa e Ensino (IDOR) and researcher supported by Pioneer Science. Researcher at the Institute of Psychiatry of the Hospital das Clínicas of USP’s School of Medicine, where he coordinates the Research Program on Non-Ordinary Experiences and Altered States of Consciousness (PROEXP). He holds a master’s, PhD, and postdoctoral training in Social Psychology from USP’s Institute of Psychology. He also completed postdoctoral stays at the Universities of Oxford and Coventry (United Kingdom). He served as president of the Parapsychological Association (USA, 2023–2025) and as a professor in the Graduate Program.
